internet explorer shuts down

whenever i use my webcam in yahoo chat, then stop using
it, or even when surfing the web, internet explorer will
give me a message saying" internet explorer has
encountered a problem and must close. this happens 2 to
5 times everytime i use ie6.0. any ideas of what is
going on?? i have all the latest patches and have even
removed and reloaded ie6.0. and i get no help from
microsoft. thanks
