Internet Explorer (.html) and other XP Icons!!

Hello!

I used tgsoft's Style XP to install other icons which can
be downloadedd from themexp.org.

However, I wanted to switch back to the normal XP icons,
it lets you do this so I clicked XP Default...and most
icons came up fine.

There was only a few icons which were missing. A main one
is the internet explorer html pages (e) - basically any
file ending in .html/.htm. Instead it shows the icon when
the original icon is missing.

The Microsoft Outlook icon is a normal folder (like my
documents), instead of its usual office icon.

Most other icons are ago.

I was wondering, is there a way to fix this? Is there
somewhere where you can download the default xp icons?

Any help would be appreciated!

Here is one sure method to fix the .htm and .html file icons.

Open Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and navigate to the following location:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\htmlfile]

Backup the key by exporting it as a REG file. After backing up the key, delete the htmlfile key from the registry.

Open Internet Explorer and click the Tools menu. Choose Internet Options and select the Programs tab.

Click Reset Web Settings button and complete the process.
