When you are in Internet Explorer on your old computer select File/ Import
and Export......Once you have done that follow that follow the wizard and
select Export Favourites then select where you want to save the file...then
you can send it as an email or put it on some removable device and place it
on your new computer.

Hope this helps

IE bookmarks are simply stored individually as plain-text .url files using
the old .INI format. They should be under C:\Documents and
Settings\YourProfile\Favorites. You can just grab everything from under
there and copy it over to the same location on your new machine.
Personally, I've moved that folder (with TweakUI, I think) under My
Documents, so it's pretty difficult to forget when I perform a backup.

Alternatively, as others have pointed out, you can also use the wizard.
