Internet Explorer - Cannot View Source

J

J. Franey

I use the "View Source" feature under the Edit menu in
Internet Explorer 6 daily. Recently, I installed a trial
version of a new text editor. That editor took over as
the default text editor. When I chose the "View Source"
feature, it would bring it up in the 3rd party editor.
Then the trial period expired and I uninstalled the new
editor. Now, when I try to view the source, nothing
happens. How can I reset Notepad as the default text
editor for this IE6 feature?

In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and choose Options. Click the
Programs tab and choose Notepad under the HTML Editor option.
