Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook freeze

Hi,

I'm having some problems when using Internet Explorer and Outlook (XP). The
performance of both applications has been reduced: takes long time to load
pages, to start the applications and in most of cases the applications hang.
Forcing to stop the process does not kill que application and the only
solution is to restart.

I have been looking at MS KDB and tried some solutions (also 3rd party
proposals):
- Remove Internet Explorer and Outlook: as are built in with the
installation of my OS, only will remove shortcuts and icons.
- Reinstall SP2: Done. It did not solve the problem
- Mark Internet Explorer an Outlook as not installed in the registry and
reinstall: Done. It did not solve the problem
- Checked virus, spyware, ...
- System file checker: not solving the problem

Any suggestion?

Thanks
