Internet Explorer 6.0

Every time I start-up Internet Explorer, the start-up page
goes to "about:blank" . I've had a problem with spyware
infecting my computer so I installed Spykill software and
it got rid of all the spyware, I hope. I even ran several
virus programs and nothing came up. I changed the start-up
page in my internet settings, but something keeps changes
it back to "about:blank" for my home page. I even changed
the sys. reg. but nothing seems to help.?!
