internet explorer 6.0 not displaying graphics on certain pages only

Hi, I hope someone has an idea of whats going on with my
IE6. Whenever I go to a web site...in some cases the
pic's are displayed as red X's. I have rulled out my
Norton as the problem... I just recently upgraded to XP
SP1. I keep checking the MS website to see if there are
any updates...nothing yet. Please let me know if anyone
else has had the same promlem...

I am running
XP SP1
AMD Athlon 2100+
512 meg ram
Matrox G550 video card

could just be the web site. a red X just means that IE
couldn't download the pic, not that your connection is
bad.

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
