Hi whenever I try to open up the internet, it gives me a problem pop up and
when i click don't send(or send error report) it closes the internet. it
used to work on the 3rd try of openening it but right now i tried openning it
12times and it keeps on giving me a problem.
lately i'm starting to lose my patience because of this.

why does it pop up an error that makes me don't send and close the internet?

Windows version? IE version? Is the machine fully patched at Windows
Update? Is Automatic Updates enabled?

Do a thorough check for malware, following all of the steps at one of these

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing programs like Messenger Plus,
whose ads for malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince
you that you owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.

Hello,

Try running IE with add-ons disabled

*** If you are running IE6: ***
Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced (tab) > UNCHECK "Enable
third-party browser extensions" > OK

If it works now, one of your add-ons is causing the problem. Start Internet
Explorer as normal, Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons.

Disable all the add-ons. Enable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Options.

Restart your browser and enable the add-ons one by one till the problem
appears and you get the culprit.

*** If you are running IE7 ***
Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools >
Internet Explorer 7 (No Add-ons) to start without any add-ons. Try using the
browser and see if the same problem arises.

If the problem does not occur again, start IE7 normally, go to Tools >
Manage Add-ons
and disable all the add-ons. Enable each add-on one at each time and see if
the problem occurs again. Once it occurs again after enabling an add-on,
you have nailed the culprit.

(if the menu bar does not appear, hit the Alt key on the keyboard)

Have you installed any programs such as Spy Sweeper? If you have they may
be causing the problem. You may need to unistall a program that you recently
installed. Also clean out your cache. Go to Tools, Internet options,
Delete, Delete temporary internet files, OK, delete cookies, OK and clear
history, OK. Then close IE and reopen. Try this and let me know if it works
Best regards,
Raymond
