Internet disconnects when user is changed...

hey i was just wondering if anyone knew how to stop a dialup connection disconnecting every time to logout or switch user on windows xp pro, the dialup connection is a shared connection and we are constantly recconecting all the time when a different user wants 2 use the computer.
