Internet connection

Hi,
I have a dialup internet connection problem.
My first dial-up account (BTinternet) which I have had for years works fine.
I have put a (Tiscali) dial-up account on my computer but no matter how many
times I insert the correct Tiscali password the BTinternet password is
always in it's place giving me the error 691: invalid user name/password.
I have tried it on 3 computers all with Windows XP pro on them.
Any ideas?

You have created two seperate dial up connections?

Since BT dialup works fine, what is the purpose of the second?

Hi,
They are separate accounts; in fact I did have them running side by side for
about 4 months on 2 of my computers but accidentally deleted them.
I have the Tiscali (day time dial up) for my laptop as I am hoping to change
to broadband on my BT account (home).

Create a new dial up connection an imput the Tiscali data, save the
connection as eg Tiscali
