Internet Calendar and tasks Outlook 2007

I have a web calendar (ics) that I have succesfully subscribed to. The
Internet calendar includes tasks, but I can't seem to get these tasks
showing in Outlook 2007. is this possible?

I have also discovered that I can't add items to this calendar in Outlook -
it says "read-only". The calendar is on a public server that I have an
account with - how do I change the "read-only" attribute?
