Importing tasks from .ics file in Outlook 2007

When I import in Outlook 2007 from an .ics (icalendar) file that contains
both appointments (VEVENT) and tasks (VTODO), tasks are ignored. The same
file is succesfully considered by Windows Calendar (Vista) for both item
types. Is there any way to acquire tasks from external applications generated
..ics file for Outlook? Our customers will appreciate to have this
functionality available in Outlook (do you know any plug-in that extends
import function?), if this is not possible we will be obliged to look for
some other Calendar application.
