Things to check and try:

2. You haven't told us how you connect to the Internet, so there might
be problems with your ISP, your connection, and/or the hardware with
which you connect.

You're impatient, Keith. I'm in Greece and had no problem whatsoever getting
to the necessary pages you want to see. You NEED acrobat reader to view the
form. Do you have it installed on your system? If not go here.
