internet and outlook express

When I receive an email and it contains links to web
sites, if I click on the link it does nothing. Can anyone
help and tell me why it won't connect to the web?

Jaime,
I just posted another message reply to you and if you can't
make the link work in OE, Right click and select COPY SHORTCUT
and then open your browser and Paste it in the address bar after
you have highlighted the address that was there.
