Internal browser virus? Please help!!

Ok I'm not gonna try to explain my problem away on
a "freind" or anything as I was probably drunk and opened
up an email I shouldnt have. That said, here is my
problem.

I have cable connection so I'm online constantly.
Everytime I click on my IE icon, the normal pages come up
but porno site adds going in place of the normal adds that
are part of any site. Also there seems to be a spell
check on every site with words underlined. When I put my
arrow over that word, it turns into a link and goes to a
site called globalwebsearch.com. I'm at my wits end on
how to remove this from my browser. When I click on
View/toolbars that globalwebsearch.com is there.

I have removed IE and re-installed but the problem still
exhists. Funny thing is when I launch Netscape, I have no
problems.

If anybody has a suggestion fall short of F disking and
doing everything all over again, I would truley appreciate
it. Thanks
