My mouse seems to have bit the dust for reasons beyond my comprehension... It's worked fine since the day I got it but today I changed the batteries per the "Critically Low" battery warning. But after I changed the batteries it no longer works..
It's never been dropped or mishandeled...
I simply changed the batteries...
I ran the setup wizard numerous times...
Re-Installed the Intellimouse software etc...
The mouse's laser seems to function and respond to movement and everything but the computer can't find it...
The Bluetooth keyboard still works fine... so it must not be the tranciever..
I even uninstalled the keyboard software and tried just using the mouse..
Did the mouse simply die
If so, would Microsoft replace it? It can't be more than 2 months old... I can't remember the warranty info off hand
Thanks for any help in advance. ^^
