Insufficient resources exist....

In the past week I've ran into this problem on my Dell Laptop. If I leave it
on for a few hours, it will freeze up or lock up. When I try to open a
program, I get the error "insufficient resources exist...".

I've checked my programs and everything running seems legit. I don't have a
screensaver, but my computer doesn't seem to be hibernating like it should.

Is there a hotfix for this or what can I do?

TIA

Yeah, that's all I'm getting.

I'm not trying to run any big programs. Nothing like photoshop or any music
players. Even if no browsers are open or programs running, this happens.
