installing works suite

I have installed works suite 2004 and have windows xp. When i try to open
Word, it askes for a 25 character product key that I do not have. It says it
is on the back of the jewel case,or on a sticker I do not have. Can anyone
help me? I went onto the microsoft site and it said something about having
excel or power point already and that I should remove and
reinstall?????Confused! Thanks in advance for any help!! I just want
microsoft word!!!!!!!!!!
