Installing Windows 2000 Administrative Tools

Mary

I am trying to install the Windows 2000 Administrative
Tools from the Windows 2000 Server CD so that I may then
install the Active Directory Schema. In the I386
directory on the CD I am running the adminpak.msi file.
The install wizard propmts me to insert the "Windows 2000
setup CD". Is this a CD that I have to create myself? I
have no such CD.

No. It is asking for itself.

Install the Windows 2000 Administration tools by running the Adminpak.msi file
located in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder.
