Installing AD Administrative tools on XP

Help,

I need to install the Active directory administrative
tools on to my Windows XP machine so i can reset passwords
and control the domain from my laptop. I have been able
to install it, but it continously tells me it cant load
the snap it. Seems like it will not talk to the domain
controllers to get the domain info. I have been able to
install the tools on other 2000 machines and servers just
not XP.

Any suggestions?

I think it is recommended (required?) that you lose the tools from
a Win2003 Server AdminPak.MSI

Try that or search for an Adminpak updated at Microsoft (instead of the
one included with Win2000.)
