Installing Service Pack 2

Hi, I have apparently downloaded SP2 because after downloading I had to
restart computer. When I restarted I have a windows download icon in my
toolbar which says downloading updates - 0%. Also when I check I still have
SP1. Any ideas please!!

Just because you had to restart does not mean you downloaded (and installed)
SP2. Almost any critical update will necessitate a reboot!

I would like to upload to MS telling them to take SP2 off until it is 1000%+

Good suggestion! I want to have that for my internet + all my favorite sites
[train + local news & weather] & us this computer for just my hobbies.

well it helps to know that you need to go to the site and downlod it or you
can order the cd by going to the site and doing it over there
