installing fax component

Hi,

i have the winxp service pack 1 CD. i have service pack 2 installed.

i didn't originally install the fax component, but recently needed to fax.
so i followed the add new windows component instructions, but it asks for
the service pack 2 CD...which I obviously don't have.

how in the world can i install this now? i only SP 1 CD...not 2 b/c that
was dloaded.

there must be a fix???? I don't seem to have the dloaded SP2 folder....if
there ever was one.

any help is hugely appreciated as i need to set up this up for the future.

for the current, i dropped the file to my mac on the network and sent the
fax in about 30 seconds.

help me obiwans.

Download SP2,then write it to a cd.Otherwise,you can order SP2 from
microsoft.
