Installing difficulty

I have purchased a software program that I cannot get to install. Even with
cd inserted the computer keeps telling me it cannot be found? It's a cd (3)
that a softward company copied from a dvd program. I am very computer
challenged - sorry - I try start, run.......control panel install new
programs......nothing works. DOn't know what to do next. Please help. Thank
you.

Hi Mingo,
You confused me, did you bought a real copy not pirated one?,that onething
the other, you mentioned DVD program is your CD rom is a DVD compatiable to
Run DVD media, is there is a requirements for the software to run, try to go
to the Software Manufacturer website and see for any advice on installing the
Software.
Try to open the CD in WinExplorer or Start >> Run >> Type in Run Box the
Cd drive Letter D:\ press inter if your CD drive assigned *D* or press Browse
to browse to your CD drive and try to run the Setup for the Software.
