Installation problem with Ms antispyware

I posted the similar post a few months ago.
I am wondering this problem has been solved or not.

The initial Microsoft antipsyware was installed without any problem.
During the installation of its upgraded version from Microsoft download
site, I am getting the following error.

Internal Error 2753, gcasInstallHelper.exe

When I tried to uninstall the original version, I am getting the same error.
So I got stuck with the non-functional old version and I am now unable to
upgrade either.

Any fix would be appreciated. TIA.
