Installation Error message

Please could anyone helps ?!!

After I upgraded my system from Windows XP (home edtion)
to Proffessional and every time I restart the system and
try logging to my account, I get this error message:

Windows Product Activation ¦
----------------------------------------------------------
A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking
the license for this computer. error code: 0X80004005.
----------------------------------------------------------

I don't really what I should to because the system
completely blocked.
