Installation error 11708

Hi All,
I am trying to install Macromedia JRUN 4 on my
Windows 2000 Server SP4, and i m repaetedly getting the
following error:
Date: 21/09/2004 Source: MsiInstaller
Time: 15:27 Category: None
Type: Information EventID: 11708
User: N/A

Description:
Product:JRun 4 -- Installation operation failed.

any ideas how can i resolve this

Thanx Dave,

This link says that this occurs when we try to install an
automatic update client on a win2000 sp2 but i am
installing Macromedia JRun 4 on a win2000 sp4 server. even
i can't find any resolutions for the problem there.
