Install w2k3 into Virtual Server 2005 R2 - Error 0x80072098

Hi

I'm trying to install W2k3 into the Virtual Server 2005 R2 but i can't get
through the installation
part (i mean install the software w2k3) once it gives the following error:

The service principal names for Virtual Server could not be registered.
Constrained delegation cannot be used until the SPNs have been
registered manually. Error 0x80072098 - Insufficient access rights to
perform the operation.
============================

To solve this issue i've already try the following tips given at links
bellow:
