I am having problems installing programs on Windows XP, I
have had this problem with a number of programs and some
times have been able to work round it by installing while
in Safe Mode. Unfortunatley this does not always work as
some programs dont install properly in Safe Mode. for
example I just tried to install Xara webstyle 4 and got
the following error.

If anybody can help I would appreciatte it. This fault is
NOT perculiar to this program. I have tried wiping my
hard disk and doing a clean install of XP.
