Install IIS from Win XP SP2

I am using a rented laptop with Win XP Pro (w/ SP2) installed. I don't have a
Win XP Pro SP2 disc. I need to install IIS and it is asking me to load the
Win XP Pro SP2 disc, which, as I say, I don't have. What can I do to get IIS
installed?

You'll need the Win XP Pro SP2 disc in order to install
the required IIS files.

I have pre-installed winxp pro on a laptop and am supplied a windows recovery
cd that goes through the same installation process.
When I add/remove win comp and check iis. It keeps asking for windows xp pro
sp2 CD even though what i inserted is the recovery cd.
If that is not the right CD how can I install iis. Pre-installed had no iss
installed
Thanks for any clarification
It is unacceptable if I can not have iis with win xp pro
Thanks
