IIs install problem on SP2

I tried to install IIS on XP pro that was updated to SP2. I got prompted
for SP2 CD for a DLL. So I placed the SP2 CD in drive, but it still can't
find it. I do know it has that dll in compressed form: something.dl_


Is this normal?
what can I do

Is there an easier way to install IIS 6 or 5 so I can proceed with
installing other
software requiring IIS.

I tired quite few times each for original and the sp2 to no avail still get
the same missing dll ( not a different dll name)

any Microsoft url for downloading the entire IIS 6 pkg?
