Inoperative Link Buttons

I recently installed WinXP Home Edition on my computer;
2.0 gHz Pentium IV, 512 mb RAM, 80 gb Hard Drive. When
attempting to view webpages at site
http://www.mowwtal.org, all linking buttons are displayed
as placeholders and buttons are unresponsive. Able to
view site on other machine, i.e., Win95, 98, ME, 2K, and
pages operate normally. DId not experience this problem
until upgraded to WinXP. All machines have IE 6.0 and
appear to be set up the same. Any ideas as what may be
the problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

Those are so-called Java "hover" buttons, created in FrontPage. Your problem
is with Java, which XP does not include. Check here:
