information about msysobjects in MSAccess

i have a requirement to access the MSAccess Database from a Vb.net form
..After selecting the path of the database it should list the all tables in
the database.Iam able to get the List of the all table from MSAccess after
firing command on MSAccess it self,but executing the same commands gives the
error of the permission.
Please help
