Info about loading ie6

Hello,
Is that someone that known how to remove an "automatic" loading of a spam
called :
http://best-search.cc/index.php?v=6&aff=5336875.
I tried already PROPERTIES with Tools - Internet Options - General - USE
BLANK !! It is working fine till I close the computer.
The next time I open the computer and use iexplore the spam is there again.
In add I get a new and unwanted shortkey on my screen with :
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
I am really thinking to let down microsoft and step to Linux.
