I am trying to install a freeware context menu extension (copy path from
Ninotech) on Windows XP home edition and when I right-click on the .inf
file, there is no option to "install."

Try a double leftclick.

Get the .INF file association fix from here:

That should restore the missing "Install" option in the right-click menu.
