Incoming Message Count Error

This has been happening to me for some time lately. Whenever I open Outlook,
the status bar indicates two incoming messages. However, only one new message
shows up. There is no sign of any problems during the send/receive routine,
so what could be causing this?

Take a look at the rules there...
