Including images inside an email?

When I receive an email with an image (jpg, gif, etc.), do I always have to
double-click the attachment or is it possible for it to be opened in the
message window itself?

Please advise.

this all depends on the person u sent u the e-mail. they
can choose to either send the picture as an attachment or
in the message. u cant change, only the person who sent
the message can.
