Inbox under Deleted Items

I have a user that is on the Exchange server that has her Inbox under the
Deleted Items Folder. There is a regular inbox folder but all incoming mail
goes to the Sub folder under the Deleted items. How do i get back to one
inbox and out of the deleted items sub???

Open Outlook using the /cleanviews switch to see if that helps. It should
restore custom views back to default.

However, if the user has not set this up as a custom view (which may have
happened, even unintentionally), try using the /resetfolders switch. Let me
know what happens.

I would think that /resetfolders would be a better choice.
