inbox messages are automatically moved into deleted box

My recently read inbox messages are automatically being sent to the deleted
items box. How can I keep the messages in my inbox?

What version of Outlook? Is junk mail filtering enabled? Do you have any
rules set up to move or copy incoming messages to other folders?

Good morning Jocelyn,

It's a friends computer and I activated the junk filter as she was recently
getting a lot of spam through her roadrunner connection. As for rules, I
didn't set any up that I can recall.

You'll need to check your friend's computer then, and see what version of
Outlook it is running and whether or not she has any rules defined.
