Inactive TS Port

Guest

Hello,

I have about12 TS ports in my printer settings that are all inactive. When
I attempt to delete them, I get an error message saying "Selected port cannot
be deleted. The request is not supported." If I attempt to configure the
port, I get the following message, "An error occurred during port
configuration. This operation is not supported.".

I have administrator priveledges on the computer, however I have not been
able to get them deleted. It's causing problems with the other printer ports
running on my computer. Anyone have any idea's of how to delete them from
the system?

Has no one an answer to this problem??
Unfortunately, the same problem occured on our printserver. Suddenly, there are some inactive ts ports and I don't know where they come from. And I can't delete them.
If someone knows an answer, please help.

TS Ports are only deleted on reboot, the TS driver controls that.

Inactive TS ports means some number of users logged in at once and so the
pools of ports increased. As they log off they pool stays the same, but only
ports in use show as active..
