inactive title bar and font size

What to modify in the registry to change the font type and size for the
inactive title bar? this is for regular user on a network which do not
have administrator privileges.

(I know how to do this using display settings as administrator, but
settings don't remain when user logs on, I guess the registry needs to
be amended then)
Some ideas?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Settings are per user, so if you find out what registry key you change when you
are logged in as administrator, you can translate to the user. If the user
doesn't have the ability to change the settings, though, will he have the
ability to change the registry setting?

Find out what registry key is changed by using Regmon (free) from
<http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/regmon.shtml>. Make the change under
your administrator login, and see what Regmon shows.
