In Win2k, can't get rid of "right click", start

I have Win2k.

If I put cursor over Start, then "right click", there are options that have been added from a
software program that I don't want.

I don't know where they are located, so I can delete them.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell

No, I cannot tell you what to delete, because I do not know what your shell
key contains.

I might be able to tell you what you should not delete, though. My shell
key contains two keys, "explore" and "open".

I feel that I might need to add this disclaimer:

Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may
require that you reinstall your operating system. I cannot guarantee that
problems that result from incorrectly using Registry Editor can be solved.
Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
