Importing into Outlook 2003 Calendar

James Raggio

I am trying to import events via .csv file into
calendar. After opening calendar and import/export, from
another file, CSV format, a dialog box appears, as such.

Microsoft Office Outlook cannot start the required
translator. This feature is not currently installed.
Would you like to install it now? YES.

Upon trying to install the translator, another dialog box
appears. Microsoft Office 2003 Setup with message:

Error 1311. Source file not found: c\MSOCache\All
Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\L4561412.CAB.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Following the procedures for Outlook 2003 of the MS
Knowledge Base Article 829985 did not correct the problem.

Please help.

Apparently you (or someone) copied the installation CD to C:\MSOCache prior
to installing it the first time, but it has since been deleted. The
installation wizard is looking in the same place the installation kit was
originally found. You can probably get aroung this by running SETUP.EXE
from the installation CD.
