import/export names and email addys

How do you import/export names and email addys from your contact list to
another computer with outlook.

Have you actually tried typing in "Exporting Contacts" into Outlook Help?

I believe it's cleaner to avoid export and import. Also, it seems to me
that there are links from the Contact entry into the Calendar for birthdays
and anniversaries. Those links would be lost in an export/import operation.
