Import Excel List into Distribution List?

Hello.

Is there an easy way to import an excel list directly into a new
Distribution List without actually importing the list as full Contacts and
then creating the Distribution List?

Not really. If you have a text file containing a semicolon-separated list
of addresses, you can select that list and paste it in the Members field of
the DL Select Members dialogue, but that's about all.
