Import Calendar From Outlook to Windows Calendar?

Is there a way? Windows Calendar expects the file to be in RFC2445 format
(iCal?) but Outlook has very limited export formats and doesn't have this
option.

Are Windows Mail & Windows Calendar intended to replace the same
functionality in Outlook?
