Impoosible to boot Windows 2000 in Safe Mode

Or in Regular mode - have disabled automatic load of windows and am
stuck with the BSOD dump error

Should I consider myself in trouble?

I tried to repair Windows 2000 with my the CD ROM I installed the
operating system off. Any ideas?

I cannot get into safe mode either, have tried virtually everyhting, if you
did find an answer please let me know.

Did you guys change your RAM once
And then try restarting System may be this time you can go through the
PC.
