At start-up for Vista this pop-up appears: IMGSTART.exe - entry point not
found. The procedure entry point "Get FileVersionInfoSizeA could not be
located on the dynamic link library VERSION.dll." Can anyone explain what
this is and how to fix it? Is it related to the inability to install Live
OneCare?
