Imbedded images in Outlook2003

We have a server application that sends alerts for enviornment settings in
our server room. The alerts are graphics sent via email to several
recipients. The graphics are not being seen in Outlook but are being seen on
offsite email addresses such as hotmail and yahoo mail. I can also edit the
message in outlook and copy the space where the graphic should be and paste
it into word and see the graphic. I have changed the automatic download
picture settings and that did not help. Any idea on how to show these
images?

Did you try adding the server's address or domain to the user's Safe
Sender's list?
