Hello, I’m using IMAP to connect to my mailbox. Is it possible to set
Outlook so it will download all messages from IMAP automatically (so I can
view them offline) when it’s checking for new emails at server?

It should be. While at the main Outlook window, press Alt-Ctrl-S and adjust
the Send/Receive group settings.
