Image SQUEEZOOM in PowerPoint

I need to animate an image from full screen to approx. quarter screen in the
same frame of powerpoint. I am lecturing in photography and need to show a
new picture, make a point in text and then shrink the full screen image to
rather less than quarter screen and move it to the bottom left quadrant to
put a new image alongside in the bottom right.
Ideally I would then like to zoom the quarter screen right quadrant image up
to full screen.
Squeezoom and multiple image in frame is frequently used on TV. Can I do
something similar in PowerPoint 2003

To move from full screen to 25% size bottom right you need two custom
animations
1. Grow / shrink - smaller (50%) On click
2. Motion path diagonal down right - with previous

You may need to adjust the red head of the motion path arrow slightly to get
the correct position. Once its right in properties choose "locked"

To get back to full screen
1. Grow / shrink - 200% (in custom type 200% then enter)
2. Draw a custom motion path - line which is the reverse of the existing
path, make sure its locked

You are likely to lose image quality this way so another way is to have two
slides one full screen , one 25% and hyperlink between them

Did that answer the question / help?
